Player Check-in: Players must check-in upon arrival. The check-in table will open one hour before the first tee time and remain open until the final tee times. 

Starting Times: Tee Times will begin at 7am both days.

Tee times and pairings will be assigned after registration for the event has closed.

Tee times for Day 2 will not be known and communicated until AFTER the last group finishes on Day 1.

Spectator carts: Available for purchase in the pro shop on a first come, first served basis.

Practice Areas: Driving range, chipping and putting green will be open at the discretion of the golf course.

AJGA PBE Points: Girls 15- 18 Division: (Champion - 4 stars, Top 20% - 1 star(less than 30 in field), Top 20% - 2 stars(30 or more in field), Top 50% - 1 star(30 or more in field))

Overall Boys (14-18 Division: (Champion - 4 stars, Top 20% - 1 star(less than 40 in field), Top 20% - 2 stars(40 or more in field), Top 50% - 1 star(40 or more in field))
